Shipping Information:
Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days from receipt. Orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery. Typically, orders shipped via USPS (such as single book orders) are mailed in plain brown packaging, with the ASHA logo and PO Box as a return address.
Return Policy: If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return materials within 30 days for a full refund. All items returned should be in good condition.
Special orders: If your agency is interested in a subject (or language) that ASHA does not currently offer, please let us know. We can work with you to meet your needs. Custom imprinting of your name and logo is available. Please call ASHA Customer Service for more information.
