Don’t miss CDC’s newest exhibit!
In conjunction with the
2010 National STD Prevention Conference, the Watsonian Society and the American Social Health Association (ASHA) will sponsor a reception featuring a special viewing of the new STD exhibit,
VD: Values, Rights, Public Health at the Global Health Odyssey Museum on CDC’s main campus.
Here’s what you need to know:
When:
Tuesday, March 9, 2010, 6:45 - 9:00 pm
Where:
Global Health Odyssey, CDC, 1600 Clifton Rd. at CDC Parkway, Atlanta
Cost:
$10 (through March 4, 2010, 12 noon EST.
$15 (after March 4, 2010 – limited availability. Ticket sales at Omni Hotel, near conference registration area until 3:30 pm on Monday, March 8)
For security reasons, pre-registration is required by CDC.
Getting there:
Transportation will be provided from the Omni Hotel starting at 6:15 pm. For those driving to CDC, parking will be available in the visitor's parking deck.
What you need to bring:
* Government-issued picture ID (driver's license, passport/visa)
* Confirmation of ticket purchase. A receipt will be sent via email immediately after purchase, followed by a second e-mail with additional information about the event.
